Better news. No oil in water so we think head gasket is ok. It’s idling fine on 3 cyls so we’ll race it that way & just turn laps slowly.

Waiting in line for tech. Fixed an oil leak from the oil pan so have not turned any laps yet. A Spec Miata just got 50 laps penalty.
